Sierra is the first boutique brewery and restaurant in East and Central Africa that makes it own beer inspired by the founders’ experience in Thailand, California & Bavaria. Locally Sierra is a premium beer that prides itself as the only Kenyan Brewed Beer.
As premium as it is, Sierra is affordable and readily accessible. However it’s market reach was very limited.
We were therefore tasked to develop a strategy to introduce the brand into the market, recruit new consumers and drive product engagement across various channels.
